The Managing Agents Partnership (MAP), a sister organisation of the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) has today announced the appointment of Vicky Cotton, ESG Director at Workman as the new Chair of the MAP Board. Vicky has been a Board member since 2015 and will take up the role of Board Chair on the 1 April from Carl Brooks, who has Chaired the Board since its inception. 

Carl Brooks, Director – Head of Sustainability, Property Management at CBRE has played an instrumental role in the growth and development of the Managing Agents Partnership. Throughout his tenure, MAP  has grown to incorporate 13 members, and has collaboratively launched guidance and initiatives including the Core Provisions for Property Management, Waste Management Procurement Specifications and the Responsible Property Management Toolkit. Carl will continue to remain on the Board of MAP, working with other board members to ensure that MAP  continues to grow and influence the sector, acting as a collaborative driving force for change within the Property Management sector.
